Virtualization & Workspace Management

The Experts Conference (TEC) for Virtualization & Workspace Management

As the leading advanced training conference for Microsoft technologies, TEC is always changing and growing. Last year, we introduced the first ever Virtualization & Workspace Management track, and this year, we’re morphing it yet again to better reflect the technology evolution as it happens by introducing TEC for Virtualization & Workspace Management.

Virtualization & Workspace Management brings together a unique symposium of leaders, experts, and innovators to share their experience and insider knowledge. The conference will highlight Microsoft’s virtualization platforms and critical management techniques and also cover vital new guidance around Managing the User Workspace.

The Microsoft Virtualization Platforms and Management sessions will include Hyper-V, System Center and Remote Desktop Session Host, with key topics highlighting Clustering, Networking, Storage, Scripting with PowerShell, Performance Benchmarking, Hyper-V in Server 8, and SCVMM 2012.

The new Workspace Management sessions will focus on Windows 7 Migration, Application Compatibility, Application Virtualization, VDI, Session Virtualization and topics related to delivery and management of the User Workspace – from applications and data to settings and operating systems.  Plus, since most enterprise customers leverage solutions from Microsoft partners to extend the functionality of foundational Microsoft technologies, TEC will also feature expert content on managing in cross-platform environments.

TEC is for the experts by the experts and, as such, the sessions are highly technical (300-400 level) and include both instruction and demonstration led by some of the world’s top technologists. Join us for TEC for Virtualization & Workspace Management! Nothing’s lost, as you’ll find plenty of cloud-related content in the 125+ sessions hosted across the 10 conference tracks. And, you’ll gain cutting edge training in a critical new technology category – Managing the User Workspace!
